De kasteelzaal biedt comfortabel plek aan 200 zittende gasten bij een klassiek diner, en tot 250 gasten bij een walking dinner of staand event. Voor kleinere gezelschappen vanaf 40 gasten werken we met een intiemere opstelling in de ridderzaal of orangerie.

Wat kost trouwen op Kasteel Henkenshage?

Onze all-in bruiloftpakketten op het kasteel beginnen bij ongeveer 135 euro per gast voor een compleet verzorgde trouwdag (ceremonie, aankomsthapjes, diner, bar, bediening, servies en locatie). Voor uitgebreidere concepten met premium wijnarrangement, live kookstations en uitgebreide avondhapjes lopen prijzen op tot 185 tot 215 euro per gast.

Hoe ver vooruit moet ik boeken?

Voor trouwdata in mei, juni, juli, augustus en september raden we 12 tot 18 maanden vooraf aan. Het kasteel raakt snel vol in het hoogseizoen. Voor trouwdata buiten het hoogseizoen lukt het vaak nog 6 tot 9 maanden vooraf.

Kunnen we ook de burgerlijke ceremonie op het kasteel houden?

Ja. Kasteel Henkenshage is een officiële trouwlocatie van de gemeente Meierijstad. Jullie kunnen dus zowel het burgerlijk huwelijk als het feestelijke gedeelte op dezelfde locatie houden. Wij verzorgen de afstemming met de gemeente en de trouwambtenaar.

Is catering door La Casserole verplicht?

Ja. Wij zijn de exclusieve cateraar van Kasteel Henkenshage. Dat betekent dat jullie trouwmaaltijd volledig door onze eigen koks en bediening wordt verzorgd, vanuit de keuken ter plaatse. Het voordeel: wij kennen het kasteel, weten hoe de logistiek werkt en er zijn geen verrassingen op de dag zelf.

Kunnen wij en onze gasten overnachten op het kasteel?

Het kasteel zelf heeft geen hotelkamers, maar wij werken samen met een aantal partnerhotels in Sint-Oedenrode en Best. Het bruidspaar kan in overleg wel gebruikmaken van de bruidssuite op de eerste verdieping voor omkleden en voorbereiding.

Zijn huisdieren toegestaan?

Ja, in overleg. We hebben eerder bruiloften verzorgd waarbij de hond van het bruidspaar als ringdrager optrad. Geef het op tijd door, dan regelen we dat het goed verloopt.

Kasteel Henkenshage comprises several spaces that we use at different moments throughout the day. You choose what best suits the number of guests and the type of day you have in mind.

Ceremony in the wedding garden or the knights' hall

For the wedding ceremony you can choose between the wedding garden with views of the castle and moat, or the historic knights' hall inside. In summer we recommend the outdoor option, with the knights' hall always on standby as a backup in case of rain. Both spaces are recognised as official wedding venues by the municipality of Meierijstad, so your civil marriage can be legally solemnised here.

Reception and welcome canapés in the courtyard

After the ceremony we welcome your guests in the courtyard or the orangery with bubbles and an extensive welcome canapé spread. Our chefs begin serving the first amuse-bouches right away, so the atmosphere is instantly warm while you do your photo shoot.

Dinner in the castle hall

The castle hall is our main dining room with space for 40 to 200 guests. Tables can be arranged long-table style for an intimate setting, or in a classic round-table layout for larger groups. The room features original beams, tall windows and a monumental fireplace, so you barely need to add anything in terms of decoration.

Party and after-party

For the evening party we transform the castle hall or move to the Grand Hall. A DJ or band will find the acoustics here perfectly supportive, the dance floor is framed by high tables and the bar stays open until two in the morning. In fine weather we extend onto the terrace with a lounge setting.

What does getting married at Kasteel Henkenshage cost?

Can we also hold the civil ceremony at the castle?

Yes. Kasteel Henkenshage is an official wedding venue of the municipality of Meierijstad. You can therefore hold both the civil marriage and the celebratory part at the same location. We handle the coordination with the municipality and the registrar.

Is catering by La Casserole mandatory?

Yes. We are the exclusive caterer of Kasteel Henkenshage. This means your wedding meal is prepared entirely by our own chefs and serving staff, from the kitchen on site. The advantage: we know the castle, we understand how the logistics work and there are no surprises on the day itself.

Can we and our guests stay overnight at the castle?

The castle itself does not have hotel rooms, but we work with a number of partner hotels in Sint-Oedenrode and Best. By arrangement, the couple can make use of the bridal suite on the first floor for changing and preparations.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, by arrangement. We have previously catered weddings where the couple's dog served as ring bearer. Just let us know in good time and we'll make sure everything goes smoothly.
